iPhone & iPad App

Aspire Goals is more than just a goal setting application.

It has been said that the process of achieving your goals is 80% mental and only 20% activity. Yet most of the apps relating to goal setting focus on the 20% and ignore the most important component. The mental side of things.

Aspire Goals focuses on the 80%.

Features

Aspire Goals looks not only at what your goals are, but also the reasons why you want to achieve them. Then it takes the next step and looks at what can be done mentally to increase your chances of achieving your goals. And one of those things is visualization.

Visualizing your goals before you achieve them has long been known to provide enormous benefit. But to get the most out of goal visualization it needs to be structured. This app does that by providing goal visualization that is comprised of your goal statement, your reasons and motivators, goal images (both moving towards and moving away from), and the ability to accompany the visualization with inspiring and energizing music.

By putting aside time each day to visualize your most important goals, you will become more attuned to opportunities that can help you accomplish your goal. Your focus will improve, you will have clarity of purpose from reviewing your reasons on a regular basis, and you will establish a mindset of belief that you can and will achieve your goal.

And the great thing is that once your goal is set up, using the visualization tool each day is easy, fun and inspirational.
